Conseil d'administration
Les adhérents de l’Association des diplômés de l'ENSEA se réunissent en assemblée générale une fois par an afin de procéder au renouvellement par tiers du conseil d’administration de l'Association, composé de 12 membres ingénieurs élus pour trois ans, de deux membres étudiants élus pour un an et du directeur général en exercice de l'école, membre de droit (ou son représentant). Tout diplômé de l'ENSEA et adhérent à l’Association peut envoyer sa candidature avant l’assemblée générale à l’attention du président.
Le conseil d’administration choisit parmi ses membres un(e) président(e), un(e) vice-président(e), un(e) trésorier(e) et un(e) secrétaire constituant le bureau pour un mandat d’un an.
Le bureau pilote, sous l’impulsion de son président, les actions de l’association. Le conseil d’administration statue sur les grandes orientations et sur les propositions du bureau. Des membres délégués (non élus) viennent épauler l’Association sur des missions spécifiques.

Diplômée ENSEA 2021 avec un master de Cybersecurity de l'Illinois Institute of Technology de Chicago. Je suis actuellement consultante infrastructure en sécurité chez Silicom. Intéressée par la sécurité des réseaux, le CSIRT et le SOC.

Director, Business Development - System Engineering in RHEA System Luxembourg (RHEA Group) and CTO, - LUXEOps.
Bruno has a broad background, encompassing the end-to-end engineering, services and business sides of a worldwide leader of bespoke engineering solutions, systems development and security services for space, military, government and other critical infrastructure - RHEA Group -. With more than 30 years in the field of space and telecommunications industry, he has experienced first hand the dynamics of the rapidly evolving and changing global telecommunications marketplace.
The early years in Bruno's career were spent with former Aerospatiale – France (now Thales Alenia Space), a period during which he became a key person of the communication engineering staff. He joined former Alenia Spazio – Italy in 1991 (now Thales Alenia Space), as a Payload Manager, and then Telespazio Spa - Italy in 1999 (now Thales Alenia Space). In 2000 he moved to Luxembourg and worked for SES ASTRA and then to SES Global in 2005 supporting the global sourcing and procurement of SES affiliates. In the period 2008-2015, he managed the European Fleet Planning of SES. Since 2016, he is a key member of the System and Fleet Engineering department in SES. Note that in 2016-2017, he acted as Managing Director of SES office in Bremen - Germany. Since January 2021, he joined a worldwide leader in the Engineering Solutions for the Aerospace industry in particular Space, Military and Government entities.
Bruno did his graduate at ENSEA of Paris earned with honors degree in Telecommunication Engineering application 1986 and holds a management degree at INSEAD of Paris/Fontainebleau 2006 as well as the IMQ Introductory Certificate in Management 2009 at ILM (The Institute of Leadership & Management) of London.
As a membership of the Technical Committees on Communication Satellites of the AIAA and on the Ka-band & Broadband Communication Conference, he has chaired, served on numerous industry panels, seminars and round table discussions across the globe and contributed to books and articles. He is aloso an invited lecturer at "École nationale supérieure Mines-Télécom Atlantique Bretagne-Pays de la Loire" (IMT Atlantique of Rennes, France - Networks and Cybersecurity).
He is fluent in English, French and Italian (holding both French and Luxembourgish citizenship). Intermediate in Spanish, basics in Luxembourgish and German with an introduction in Russian.
He holds both off-shore and costal sailing licenses and waterski instructor.
