A new lease of life for ENSEA Alumni: review of our Annual General Meeting and outlook for 2025-2026
Our Extraordinary General Meeting marked a turning point for ENSEA Alumni with the arrival of new talent on the Board of Directors and the adoption of structural reforms for our network.
A new, experienced team
At the Extraordinary General Meeting, four new members were elected to the Board of Engineers: Ludovic Danjean (09), outgoing Chairman re-elected for a new term on the Board, Bertrand Guillot (09), former Vice-Chairman returning to the Board after leaving in 2019, and Maéva Bachelard (24) and Alix Havret (24), young graduates making their debut on the Board. On the student side, Robin Salot (25) was elected for a one-year term.
As two seats remained vacant due to failure to reach the 2/3 threshold required at an Extraordinary General Meeting, the Board co-opted Hugo Calio (24) (5ᵉ on engineering votes) and Pierre Mazucca (27) (2ᵉ on student votes) at its first meeting on June 2, 2025.
The new board was elected on the same day:
- Damien Moubêche (07), Chairman,
- Pascal Brossard (84), vice-president,
- Thomas Descotte (21), treasurer,
- Alix Havret (24), general secretary,
- and Anne Couapel (24), vice-treasurer.

Major structural changes
The adoption of new bylaws by 92.47% of votes cast opens our association to graduates of ENSEA's bachelor programs, broadening our community and strengthening our roots in the school's ecosystem.
As for the other resolutions put to the vote, the moral discharge was adopted by 96.06% of votes, the financial discharge by 95.70% and the maintenance of membership fees by 97.13%.
A transition and handover mandate
"I'm delighted to take up the presidency again, with the wealth of past experience and the changes our Association has undergone, as well as renewed determination.
My ambition is twofold:
- ensure the training and skills development of younger recruits, with a view to handing them over to a new team in the medium term. What a pleasure to see so many motivated and committed young graduates in this team!
- Reaffirming our mission to serve our engineering members, who represent almost the entirety of our network, but whose expectations we have sometimes lost touch with or insufficiently met."

New President of ENSEA Alumni

Chairman from 2021 to 2025
"After 4 rewarding years as President of the Association, I've decided to pass on the torch. This mandate has been an incredible human and collective adventure, serving the graduates and students of our school.
I would like to extend my warmest thanks to all the members of the various boards, the administrators and the many volunteers who have been involved over the years. Their energy, ideas and commitment have enabled the association to grow, structure itself and strengthen its links with the School and its community."
Our first few months will be guided by two priorities: collectively building our working methods to optimize individual commitment and volunteer cohesion, and defining a shared vision focused on concrete actions to serve our members.
Join the adventure!
Our network draws its strength from the commitment of its members. In a context where affection alone is no longer enough, we want to give tangible value back to membership, while preserving the spirit of solidarity that unites us.
The future of ENSEA Alumni is built together. Join us in writing the next chapter of our shared history.
